Registration for the 57th Muster is NOW OPEN!
The following events are planned for the Muster weekend:
- Friday 7 NOV: 29th Division Museum Open 1000-1700 (29th Division Museum address: 566 Lee Highway, Verona, VA 24572 / Ph: 540-248-0116)
- Saturday 8 NOV, 1000-1500: Museum Open. There is no charge for admission, donations are accepted.
- Saturday Evening 1700-1800: Check-in for your meal ticket will be in the lobby and reception and cash bar in the area outside the Shenandoah Ballroom and in the Colonnade Room adjacent to the 1924 Lounge. Please pick up your meal ticket prior to 1800. It is important to be seated at your table by 1800 as the Muster program begins promptly at 1800.
- Saturday Evening 1800: The seated dinner and program will begin promptly in the Shenandoah Ballroom.
- There will be several traditional observances as well as the State of the Brigade presentation by the 116th IBCT “The Normandy Brigade” Commander, COL Arthur Moore, and the keynote address by Congressman John McGuire. There will be a “social after-event” until 2300 in the Colonnade Room. The hotel observes quiet time beginning at 2300.
- Sunday 12 NOV, 1300-1500: Museum Open House, 566 Lee Highway, Verona. Ph: 540-248-0116
HOTEL REGISTRATION NOW OPEN: We have a block of rooms Friday and Saturday night at the Hotel 24 in Staunton, VA. Same location as the Muster Banquet. The discount rate for our group is $145 per night plus taxes and fees. Us this DIRECT LINK to reserve your rooms.

To register by U.S. Mail: Download/Print the Muster Invitation Letter HERE. Download/ Print the RSVP Card HERE. Mail the RSVP card with selections marked and your payment check to the address given on the RSVP card.
TO REGISTER AND PAY ONLINE: You will use our store and shopping cart to buy the type and number of meals you want. Checking out and paying will be done online with credit or debit card. Make sure your cart has all the correct menu selections and number of meals you want before completing checkout.
