At Citizen Soldiers Education Foundation, we have so many great stories to tell! In addition to what visitors can see and hear in a visit to our museum, we are adding an educational series that can help us understand what’s behind these stories.
Each month, on “Third Thursdays at the Museum” we will sponsor special programs to include speakers, presentations, films, and other programs to tell more about popular topics. At the 29th Division Museum, 566 Lee Highway, Verona, VA, beginning at 6:30 p.m., we explore in detail such topics as “America Declares War”, “Flag Day”, and “A Purple Heart-What Does It Mean?”
All presentations are free and open to the public.
This month’s presentation is “Was “the shot heard ‘round the world” heard in Virginia?” Join us to learn more.
